Think WiiU with their gamepad. I intend to do some testing outside the home because technically it works away from your own network, but no one knows if it is playable considering if there is input lag.

Twitch On PlayStation 4 Makes Brilliant Innovations
Originally posted by Game InformerWe had a look at how Twitch will run on the PlayStation 4 today at Sony's event in New York City. While the interface looks familiar, it offers streamlined usability not before seen on consoles.
If you've ever streamed from a console to Twitch and want to monitor the comments, you know you need to use a separate screen to watch the chat. Not anymore.
The Twitch app on PlayStation 4 smartly places the chat feed on the right hand side of the screen. Not only can you see how many are watching and subscribed, but you can see everything being said about your performance right on your television. Additionally, if you have the PlayStation Camera, you can add that to the stream.
When configuring your channel, you can toggle the camera on and off, use your microphone, and turn the chat panel off entirely. We're eager to see what our readers come up with as the PlayStation 4 enters the wild on Friday.Comment

At this point, I'm willing to Roddy Piper streetfight somebody for a PS4 if need be.Comment

One annoying part about this feature is people asking you to watch their stream every 5 seconds, lol. I'd probably only use this for when a bunch of people are on a shooter and vs someone in a sports title. League games with this is gonna be tits.Comment
