I have no idea what the sales are but I just can't imagine it's doing poorly. It's a FPS and a launch title. The PS4 has sold about 3mil units. I'd bet that at least one out of four owners bought that game. That's probably a low estimate.

I don't think basically offering a demo of the mp for a weekend says a whole lot of anything.

It says they want to grab some of the Ghosts and BF4 people during the holidays. Since it's an SCEA game this was an easy decision.

Just checked VGChartz and it shows 790k. That seems pretty decent to me. Keep in mind that doesn't include digital downloads.

Just as a comparison CoD Ghosts has sold 1.02m on PS4, 840k on XBone (that is quite surprising actually). Battlefield 4 has sold 780k on PS4 and 640k on XBone.

So yeah, I stick by my point that I don't think Killzone is struggling in sales. It has outsold next gen Battlefield on both consoles, although obviously not combined. Offering the mp for free for a weekend doesn't mean shit Pete.

And to put it more into perspective, MS's big exclusives have sold the following to this point:

Forza 5 550k
Ryse 420k
Dead Rising 3 440k

PS4's other retail exclusive Knack has only sold 290k.

The lack of after launch sales numbers suggest a high number of those KZ sales came from the bundles. Curious how many people bought it just to get a PS4 due to low supply.

Yeah, but the fact that Killzone has outsold Battlefield and is right on CoD's heels is pretty damn impressive.
