Credit to Sony, they replaced my console extremely fast. Only a week between sending the old one in and having the new one delivered.

What's their contact info? My system's been down for the past two months... Gotta get this damn thing exchanged.

It should be 800-345-SONY. I hope you didn't wait too long. I believe it only has a 90-day warranty. If you got it at launch you're cutting it extremely close.

Just called in and got my replacement ordered. The lady sounded hot. I pictured a dark haired white woman...

Had to give her my PSN name (mikeyfassbender), and she lol'ed. I was in. If only I had the closing skills of Ace...

I was trying to go through Best Buy with my warranty, and they kept dickin' me. Finally decided to do it through Sony when that should've been my first step. She said I should have it by Wednesday or Thursday next week (President's Day screwed me a little bit).
