Just try to wait at least 1 second from when your pitcher comes set and you deliver the pitch. If the opponent can't even get in a practice swing, you are pitching too fast. The last league games I played, my opponent was fast-pitching the whole game. There was no lag, so I just let it go, but it's not baseball to rush through a 9 inning game in 15 minutes. Not many people here want to play that hyper style of play. Many of us here are tired old men, just looking to relax with a good game of baseball.

Just finished up a game with Jax. I won 3-0. He will say I was fast pitching, but I wasn't. I gave the batter a practice swing and aloud 4-5 seconds in between pitches.
