i dont know about this 4-5 seconds bullshit that your talking about jax, but all a person has to do is select a pitch...then allow their pitcher to become set before throwing the pitch. From the wind up, pitchers will pretty much be set.....from the stretch, its more important to make that pause allowing him to be set.

i dont care how fast a guy is making his selections, u always have a chance to pause the game and make changes.
