Only played a little bit of SR2 and watching the trailers for this has me going

Was listening to the most recent Bombcast today, and after some things said here and there about framerate and what not around E3...these guys seemed SUPER high on it (or at least, the first few hours). Embargo wouldn't let them say much more, but they loved 3 and I loved 3, so that is enough to get me hyped up again.

yes the guys at CAG said it was awesome...they were allowed to talk about it because it was after july 3rd. They didnt spoil anything though.

Saints Row 4 has added another special edition to its pre-order lineup with the "Game of the Generation Edition."

The GotGE edition includes everything found in the $99 "Wub Wub" edition, but this $130 package also adds in – and we swear we checked with publisher Deep Silver to make sure we weren't being punked – a light-up rotating display case for the game and a velvet pouch to keep everything safe for posterity.

Normally we'd berate such a ludicrous collector's edition, but this is Saints Row we're talking about and it can go full-out crazy in context. Heck, they could charge $200 for an edition that ships with a giant, purple weaponized phallus and we'd have to say, "Fair play!" Come to think of it, that's not a terrible idea ...

I actually noticed that on Amazon yesterday but didn't look at it too closely. I saw the pic and thought it was just going to be an in-game weapon, not a replica. That's tempting but for some reason I don't think Amazon even gives their extra credit for the collector's editions, which doesn't make any sense. They are giving a $10 credit with the standard edition.
