I am just god awful at this game. I don't know if its the fact that I'm playing on a PC (first PC shooter I've played in 8 years) but I'm lucky if I get over 20 attrition in a match.

Appears to be a bug that won't allow more servers to go up. There isn't a limit on servers due to too many people playing thankfully. They know what the bug is and their working on it now. PC and Xbox are on the same Azure servers.
