Difference between being rushed to Next Gen and a Dev team having 3 years to work on the game

I don't even know if 3 years would have helped Ghosts. The concept of IW trying to make the game more like Battlefield than Black Ops was what killed it for me.

So I have the PC version. For whatever reason, the cut scenes stutter and the audio doesn't sync up with the visual. The gameplay itself is amazingly smooth, but not the cut scenes. Anyone know why?

I haven't seen much about that...check your drivers and make sure you have the latest. Sometimes the cut scenes are running at a much higher level of detail than the in game graphics so you could try lowering your detail settings and see if that fixes it. If it does, you know what caused it and can turn them back up for in game and just live with the cut scenes skipping.

How so? It's much better than Ghosts.

The perks are stupid as hell, the kill streaks but thr worst and most over powering in series history and to me it just seems slow. I guess the slowness is from playing Titanfall which I think us a much better game.
