I haven't played it yet but I heard that the games do have their original music and that Halo 1 and 2, since they are both 'Anniversary' editions they have remixed versions of the songs as well. Although I think I saw on the Gamefaqs boards that someone said Blown Away by Breaking Benjamin from Halo 2 was missing. I'm guessing because of licensing issues.

As far as the different control schemes, it seems like there are tons of options. Is there any option that allows you to ADS in Halo 1? Hell, was that ever an option in any of the Halo games? Was it 4 that it was finally introduced?

The patch is 1.4GB so 343 must have packed a hell of a lot into it. Some of it has to be stuff they tried to have fixed for launch.Comment

I tried to play it earlier but it took forever to "download latest matchmaking data". I guess that's the patch? Anyway they don't even give you a status bar on the download so I gave up after 10 minutes.Comment

It kind of helps. I think. Still big issues getting solid matches going. This is getting ridiculous. This should be the best game ever but it's so broken the online isn't even playable. This makes me very sad.

Watching people on twitch makes me think matchmaking hasn't been fixed at all

It's playable now, but still a long way to go. A lot of games start with a team being down a man with no backfill. Connection isn't always extremely stable in-game either and wait time to get in a match has been about 3-5 minutes for me.Comment
