Official MLB The Show '15 release chatter

Excited to play this later today, I was a big fan of last year's besides the Playstation 1 loading times. Not expecting anything regarding online play, The Show/2K have never been able to get the online portion to play correctly so I will assume this year will be no different.

Any that has the game can you check if they re-added the classic stadiums from PS3? It was so FUN to play in the Polo Grounds and other old stadiums against your friends, I'd even occasionally play on them inside my Franchise mode.

I'll be checking into it shortly, putting the kid to bed... diamond dynasty was fun so far, really like how you unlock and earn stuff throughout all the game modes, already have a halfway decent team and some cool perks (Got 10th anniversary edition)

Played two games so far, one against Corey, and one against another random player and had no issues at all. No lag.

I had two very smooth games and one that had a few hiccups but it seemed like it was on the other guys end, the rest after that were smooth as well

If online was free of lag Day 1....easily can win GOTY. I crashed early last night but what little I did play, I'm easily going to play more '15 than I did of '14 based on loading times alone.

Most people on that other site have been reporting good experiences online, although many have reported some kind of issue with freezing.
