I am disappointed to hear that you don't get any achievements/trophies for completing all the side missions or hitting all the view points.

But man, there is so much to do in this game and I know I'm just scratching the surface. I helped refurb a lot of stuff in the Villa nd now back to Florence.

I finally got to the flying machine mission and just unlocked the pistol attachment.

I'm like 20 hours in.

I just unlocked the uber jump in Venice. This game is very, very good. Such a refreshing change from AC1.

Except not at all. Read any review about the game and they still say that the controls are lacking. That's what happens when you have a control system like this, where you rely on the CPU to decide what you are trying to do. A good percentage of the time the CPU chooses it wrong. It's frustrating as hell.

Wait until you get to the last Assassin's Tomb and tell me if you feel the same way about the controls.

My wife played through the first one recently and I don't think I've heard her curse that much even while playing CoD. She even hated the way Altair controlled.

Hate how they basically took the emphasis off the Templar's reasoning for looking through your memories and have now made it so that the biggest enemy is now the sun. It just made the whole rivalry trivial.

Anyone ever have this game freeze on them?

I've obviously put many hours into this game and have never had a problem. I just started playing again and I immediately started noticing significant pop up and NPC's appearing out of the blue. Then, as I'm running to a target for a side mission the music stops and the game freezes shortly after.
