Yes. Madden 08 was one of the most addicting games last year. This year for my friends and I it's NHL--Madden was a disappointment.

lol you needed to be a little more specific on that one, because to most people Madden 08 was no where near a good game, and not comparable to NHL09 in any way at all.

Comparable in the sense that it is the game I have played throughout the whole year. This years Madden gets played about once a month. It's a hideous version compared to last year.

Depends what you like. NHL 2k9 is probably more arcade stlye, where NHL 09 (EA's game) is more realistic. But they both have different goods and bads.

But most (including myself) would say NHL 09 is the better game.

Thank god a lot of the fixes in this are happening. It will make the game so much more enjoyable to play.

No more pausing the game during play and no more playing EASHL with a team of 6 and playing a team of 2.
