Yeah he is man. He hasn't allowed many guys on base and hopefully he is a lock-in for the ASG.

I was mad that Eugenio went down, but it's only for 3 games. Marte is 6'1, 190 lbs with a 68 speed in the game. Not sure if I should put him there or if I should put Burriss in there. Marte has a lot of pop in his bat, but Burriss has a lot of speed.

Yeah he is. I'm hoping he doesn't get the Triple Crown, though.

Is there a reason behind your hoping that?
Or just because it would be pretty unrealistic?

No reason behind it. I just don't want him to get it. Haha.

Yep. Downs is in my game. He's in AAA right now, but he's got a fair amount of contact and some good speed. Burriss is a better contact hitter and has better range, but hitting wise, I haven't had much success with him. I'm going to call up Downs and see how well he does in the next three games. And as of now, I don't plan on trading for Sanchez. I might, but doesn't look like I will.

Cubs Give Cain His First Loss Of The Season

Left: Alfonso Soriano steals 2nd base; he was able to score later in the inning | Right: Derrek Lee hits his 24th homer on the season in the 6th inning

                              Game Story
Matt Cain came into the game with a perfect record of 14-0. He expected to go 15-0, but that was not the case. The Cubs were able to get three runs (two earned) off of Cain to defeat Cain and the Giants. Derrek Lee and Kosuke Fukudome both hit homers in the game.

The opposing pitcher was Ted Lilly and he pitched pretty well. Lilly only allowed 2 earned runs against the Giants. He was able to get the win, as Aaron Heilman and Carlos Marmol pitched perfect 8th and 9th innings.

                              Pitching
