Maceo Baston, Stephen Graham weren't on the team with the roster set I used. Mcroberts contract expired at the end of season 1. Hibbert, Ford and Daniels didn't leave until this season.
If I wanted to struggle to win 40 games a season, barely make the playoffs every year and repeat the same cycle until Troy/Dunleavy/Tinsley's shitty contracts ran out which would've taken 2-3 years to do, I would take your advice. Maybe if I was playing with the Lakers/Cavs or a team that didn't need roster changes to contend or something.
The Pacers were shit and I've brought in players I find fun to use in the game without really robbing any of the other teams. In fact, I've actually tried to give more than I get back in return on most of the trades.
I've made 3 trades each season. Most of my trades (especially in season 1) were package deals though, that included 2-3 of the original Pacers players at a time. I'm not arguing that 3 trades in a season could be considered "unrealistic" but again, I wasn't going to sit and play with the shitty default Pacers roster for 3 seasons before I'd be given the opportunity to make changes because of financial constraints.
If you want to though, be my guest.Comment

Mr Clutch, it would probably help if you knew what some of the trades were. Like mike said, all of the deals were fair (or overly fair for the CPU).
Plus, these 'chises are supposed to be for YOU, as the creator, as well. I'd rather him have fun with it and keep this up more than anything.Comment

It's not a big deal. His point is very valid and while a part of me feels I could've made less trades, I only made trades to fill needs to help my team win. None of my trades have really been blockbusters either. i.e. trading for Amare, etc.Comment

The pacers are the greatest team in the NBA!!!

Don't listen to these chumps, trades = wins. You've improved the team so much over the course of your tenure with the Pacers. I know I couldn't of made the smart moves, the fair trades, etc. Your doing great Mike.

Exactly Vinsane, it's much harder to make smart, fair, un-blockbuster trades, but that's what mike's done. I know he's loving this as much as we are.Comment

Quote Of The Game:
"13 games ago, that team was 19-21 and on the brink of a playoff spot. This streak has made it a forgettable season for them and it seems at this point, they are just tanking to get a better pick in the draft. We pretty much did what we wanted to do out there tonight." - Javaris Crittenton
