Yeah, I mean even if this dude can put up like 15 PPG, 7-8RPG, a block, that'd be awesome. Of course, It'd be great if he could do more, but that'd be perfectly fine in my book.

I'm going to love using him in this chise, him and Wade are gonna tear shit up this year :2thumbs:

The Miami Heat 2009-2010 Season Preview

                        Starting Lineup

Mario Chalmers, Starting Point Guard #6

Dwyane Wade, Starting Shooting Guard #3

Michael Beasley, Starting Small Forward #30

Udonis Haslem, Starting Power Forward #40

                        Jermaine O'Neal, Starting Center #7

This starting lineup has to be one of the most interesting lineups in the whole entire league. You have a lineup that consists of a second year point guard that was drafted in the second round, arguably the best player in the NBA that may test free agency next season, the second overall pick from last season that has been having issues with drug and alcohol in the off season, also checking into a rehab center, an expiring contract of the team captain, and only one of the two player left from the 2006 championship team, and a former elite post player in this league that has been battled by injuries the past seasons that is looking to revitalize his career in his contract year, of 22 million dollars.

Those player would be Mario Chalmers, Dwyane Wade, Michael Beasley, Udonis Haslem, and Jermaine O'Neal. The Heat are expecting big things out of these players, and so am I. Here is what I'm looking for.

We all know what Dwyane Wade can do. He can do just about everything. But you can't expect to be a great team just with one player. That's when the rest of the starters come in. Mario Chalmers is going to need to be a pass first point guard and play great defense on opposing point guards. Good thing is, that's what you'll expect out of him every night. He also has a jumper that got some work done to it over the summer and has improved.

Dwyane Wade, not much to type here. He'll score 30 points, he'll grab a few rebounds, he'll dish out about five assists a game, get a steal or two, and a nice block. Nothing more.

Michael Beasley is going to be the X Factor for this team. Will he be the player he was out of college, rebounding everything and abusing defenders with his length? That's the big question. They need him to score, be Dwyane Wade's partner in crime. If not him, expect the big man to help him.

Udonis Haslem. Captain of this team. He will rebound. He will hit mid range jump shots. He will hustle. This is a player every team wants.

Jermaine O'Neal has this season to prove that he can perform at a high level in his contract year. The Heat are going to looking for him to hit mid range jump shots and be a post threat. He will lead the teams in rebounds and blocks, most likely. But the thing he will for sure lead the team in is his contract. The Heat are expecting to get 22 million dollars of effort out of him this season.

                        The Bench

                        Dorell Wright, 6th man #1

James Jones, 3 point marksmen #22

                        Daequan Cook, 3 point marksmen/ energizer #14

                        Joel Anthony, Banger #50

                        Jamaal Magloire, "Dirty Work" #21

                        Chris Quinn, 3 point marksmen/ energizer #11

                        Quentin Richardson, Veteran leader/scorer #5

Yakhouba Diawara, Spot up shooter/lock down defender # 9

A lot of sharpshooters on this bench. Daequan Cook, Chris Quinn, Yakhouba Diawara, Quentin Richardson, and James Jones. But the Heat also have two big men that are leaders on this team. Jamaal Magloire and Joel Anthony are not post scorers. They do not want to shoot the ball. They want to bang in the post, grab rebounds, block shots, and foul people hard. These players are keys on this Heat bench. But the person to lookout for on this bench is Dorell Wright. Drafted out of High School by the Heat, he has been battling injuries every year in the league. He has looked good when healthy, and that's why he is the Heat 6th man.

Expect this team to be contending for a playoff spot and finish in the mid level of the Eastern Conference.

Thanks man, going to try and add more writing into this thing.

I'm kind of confused at where Daequan is going to play, but I know he will play a lot. I'm not sure if I want to turn him into a true combo guard and work with his handles and shit or just continue to work on being a 2 guard.
