Quick Hits (Bills Win AFC East)
- Roscoe Parrish's game-opening 98 yard kickoff return in last Sunday's game was his 3rd of the season.
- With the win over the Cowboys last Sunday, the Bills extended their win streak to a whopping 10 games and sit at 12-1. More importantly though, the Bills clinched the AFC East division for the first time since 1995. Do the math, That's 14 years.
- Bills RG Mike Kormylo went down in the 2nd half of the Bills-Cowboys matchup with a knee injury and was forced to leave the game. Tests revealed a partial PCL tear which will sideline him for 9 weeks. In other words, the 2nd year offensive lineman's season is done for. Kormylo allowed 7 sacks in his rookie campaign but has improved drastically in his sophomore year, allowing only 1 sack up to this point of the season.
- Levi Jones, who started primarily at left tackle a season ago, but lost his starting to role to Eben Britton after the Aaron Schobel trade, will start at right guard in place of Kormylo. Jones allowed 9 sacks last season in 16 games.
- With the win over the Cowboys, Bills Head Coach Dick Jauron's all-time record improves to 91-90. Finally over that .500 hump, Dick.
- Marshawn Lynch is ranked #2 in the league in rushing yards, second to only the Giants' Brandon Jacobs. Lynch is also ranked #2 in rushing touchdowns, second to only the Cowboys' Marion Barber.
