Week 11 Preview
Sunday, November 21, 1:00 PM @ Cleveland Browns Stadium
(5-4) @ (5-4)
A season ago, it was the Bills defense carrying the burden of a struggling offense, leading the team to a number of victories with interception returns and the like.
However, it's quite the opposite so far this season.
Trent Edwards is showing he can be a solid decision maker while Marshawn Lynch continues to be the workhouse that he is.. Lee Evans, Terrell Owens, and newest Bills' receiver Davone Bess are a triple threat receiving core.
But the Bills defense has been nothing short of atrocious as of late and is ranked amongst the leagues worst in yards and points allowed. And is a good reason for the Bills 5-4 record heading into week 11 after the Bills busted out of the gates, winning their first 4 of the season.
The Bills had a bye week to prepare for what could shape up to be an exciting playoff stretch considering the ground the Dolphins and Jets have been able to gain with the Bills' recent struggles.
Browns quarterback Brady Quinn is ranked second in the league with 14 interceptions thrown on the year and could be just what the doctor ordered for this Bills defense to turn it around if the Bills hope to make a repeat postseason appearance this year.
Browns Key Additions: HB Pierre Thomas (79)
