3 point shooting isn't exactly my team's forte. :joystick:

I miss lots of wide open ones. All my 3pt shooters come off the bench. (Ellington, Hayes, Wilkins)

"From the time he hits the court, he plays at a competitive level that you rarely see," Popovich says. "He does the exact same things that Kobe (Bryant) does, that Michael Jordan did.

Free Throws Help Wolves Avoid Hornets' Sting, Win Streak Hits 3

        Starting Lineups:
        Jonny Flynn PG Chris Paul
        Ramon Sessions SG Devin Brown
        Corey Brewer SF Julian Wright
        Kevin Love PF David West
        Al Jefferson C Emeka Okafor

        (8-10) 100 @ 98 (8-10)

Ramon Sessions turned in another solid all-around performance in the Wolves win in New Orleans Friday night.

        Player Of The Game:

        Al Jefferson

        Quote Of The Game:
"The extra time this team invests after practices in free throws is really paying off. A majority of our wins have been extremely close this season and when games come down to the wire, conversions at the charity stripe as usually the deciding factor in which team emerges victorious. Tonight was no different. We shot 16-19 from the line while they shot 17-26." - Wolves Head Coach Kurt Rambis

Will do. He's automatic if he gets the ball down low.

Looks like this is going to take a bit more rebuilding though. Good luck, I think you may need it.

Layout looks great as usual by the way :2thumbs:
lol, yep. Unfortunately, 2k10 > Madden in many ways. Thanks man. Much appreciated.

Good win Mikey, keep it up. Hornets are tough just because of Paul alone, but you should have some great matchups down the road between Paul and Flynn if these first few games are any indication.

D-Will Leads Surging Jazz To Double Digit Victory; Wolves Win Streak Snapped

                    Starting Lineups:
                    Jonny Flynn PG Deron Williams
                    Ramon Sessions SG Ronnie Brewer

                    (9-10) 106 vs. 119 (14-4)

Deron Williams put together an MVP-caliber 33 and 16 performance at the Target Center in tonight's matchup.

                    Player Of The Game:

                    Deron Williams

                    Quote Of The Game:
"Our presence down low, both on the glass and defensively that has been a big reason for our success in the past couple of games...It just wasn't there tonight. They abused us in the paint, outrebounded us 45-28 and managed to get a lot of easy shots inside." - Kevin Love

                      Wouldn't a loss make you 8-11, not 9-10?

The records in my updates are the team records coming into the game.

(9-10) in that update. I lost so now I am (9-11) which is what you will see in the next game update.
