Injuries Continue To Pile Up For Cleveland
CLEVELAND, OH -- After seeing their top wide receiver and one of their main running backs go down, Cleveland fans thought nothing else could be worse.
Well think again Cleveland natives.
In a minute span, star corner Eric Wright and rookie quarterback Khris Steven-Baker both got injured. Wright intercepted a pass thrown by Trent Edwards and left the game with back spasms. On the first play of the drive, Eric Mangini decided to go for the home run play and throw a long pass. After getting off the pass, Steven-Baker was hit hard and headed straight to the locker room.
The x-ray came back negative but his injury has been ruled a dislocated thumb on his throwing hand. He will miss the rest of the game and maybe next week's showdown against the Atlanta Falcons.

Can It Get Any Worse?
CLEVELAND, OH -- This is just comical now, with a minute left in Clevelands game against Buffalo, star left end Kenyon Coleman left the game with a torn abdominal. The same injury Mohamed Massaquoi left the game with just 3 quarters earlier.
If you are keeping a tally, that is four Brown's players that have left the game with injuries, most with serious ones that will require them to miss next weeks game and possibly more.
Coleman was injured on a play where he sacked Trent Edwards, his second of the game. He will miss atleast four weeks.
In this game, the injury bug hit, and it his hard.

Browns Win Game, Lose Players
Eric Wright intercepts Trent Edwards and then left the game with back spasms.
-----------
Other than two long plays by Buffalo in the second quarter, Cleveland completely dominated the game. Omitting the two plays, Buffalo garnered only 85 yards offensively.
Still, for Cleveland, they couldn't wait to get this game over with. It seemed like every play a player went down with injury. Lets look at the numbers:
-9 Browns players were injured during game
-4 missed the rest of game
-3 players will miss multiple weeks
Not exactly a great thing to hear when they will travel to the Georgia Dome next week to face the Atlanta Falcons on Monday Night Football. Atlanta however, has struggled this year and is 0-3 with two of the losses being blow outs.
Jerome Harrison controlled the game with 119 yards and 3 touchdowns.
