They just wanted you to pick up the ball so you would bend over and they could see how big the gaping hole in your ass was as they were raping you.

It Takes 15 But Tigers Avoid Series Sweep To Angels

              (6-9) @ (9-6)

Gerald Laird congratulates Fernando Rodney on a solid outing after racking up his 1st win of the season.

The visiting Tigers needed extra innings to beat the Angels 6-4 tonight at Angel Stadium, eventually emerging victorious after playing 15 frames. Justin Verlander worked 8 solid innings, allowing 2 runs and 5 hits. In the end though, it wasn't enough as he didn't factor into the decision. Fernando Rodney snared the victory, his 1st of the season, firing 5 innings of relief and allowing no runs on 3 hits. Miguel Cabrera went 2 for 7, belting a home run in the top of the 9th to put the Tigers up 2. However, Joel Zumaya was unable to protect that lead in the bottom of the 9th which sent the game into extra innings. Justin Verlander reached a milestone in this game, collecting career strikeout number 500. The Tigers begin a series in Kansas City tomorrow evening, sending Armando Galarraga (2-0, 1.50 ERA) to the mound against a tough customer, Royals ace Zack Greinke (3-0, 3.18 ERA)
