That would be what I'd offer, probably not enough for that arm, try to substitute Sowers with Carmona, if you wanted some one from the Indians that is.

i doubt it, the reason the padres didnt trade him is cuz they wanted those 3 players specifically, if you want to win the WS, id do it

I'm wanting prospects. A young starting pitcher, maybe a third baseman, maybe a second baseman, maybe an outfielder?

Doesn't really matter, just put some package deals I could do.

That's why I said it's probably not enough for that arm, I'd throw in another player but I don't know who. Hafner? Shoppach? Not a whole lot of names that stand out on the roster. Sizemore if the Tribe wanted to commit season suicide.

I'll tell you right now Reyes and Hanley will not move. They are franchise players. The most reasonable is the middle one, but I'm still not sure the Brewers would trade Hardy. Have you looked at Reid Brignac, Maicer Izturis, Alcides Escobar or Yunel Escobar?

I'd agree with you on Reyes.

Hanley, I'm not so sure about. The Marlins have been known to ransom off their "franchise players" see: Miguel Cabrera. But you're probably right.

The other guys..none really interest me. I'm looking for someone that's going to be a game changer, so that leaves out Brignac and Izturis. Alcides isn't ML ready either so that leaves him out also.
