Webb's an ace. I think Tigers need to add some sort of top prospect in the mix or else it's not worth it for Webb.

rofl, why the fuck did I say garrett. Had his name in my head for some reason. WOOPS. But yeah, meant Josh. He plays left for me right now but should do just fine in center. The Tigers would love to bolster their pitching staff considering it was a major weak point for them a season ago. However, I don't see them trading Porcello considering how much upside he has. He's only 20 and pitching very well.

I don't know enough about the other two teams to judge those trades.

Arizona trades Brandon Webb (SP) for:

          1. Detroit: Josh Anderson (CF), Dontrelle Willis (SP) and Rick Porcello (SP)
          2. Texas: Neftali Feliz (SP), Justin Smoak (1B) and Martin Perez (SP)
          3. Tampa Bay: Tim Beckham (SS), Wade Davis (SP) and Desmond Jennings (SP)

The first one seems like a stretch to me, but Webb is a proven commodity.

          Thanks
No way in hell Rangers would trade Feliz or Smoak. They are the top two prospects for the Rangers. The Rays would also not trade Beckham, Davis, and Jennings. Those guys are three top prospects. By the way, Jennings plays CF. You could try somebody like Dellin Betances on the Yankees, Faustino de los Santos on the A's, Tim Alderson on the Giants, or Andrew Miller on the Marlins. Marlins could package someone like Miller and Ross or somebody for Webb.

            1. the trade wouldnt happen simply because of porcello
            2. youd have to take smoak over feliz, no way they trade him, but as far as im concerned with webb in a trade, smoak is on the table, especially if chris young is doing well
            3. beckham is overrated, but i dont know if they want to trade him, davis and jennings are very expendable if webb is coming

Scott Kazmir (SP) (2-6, 5.70 ERA)
Jacob McGee (SP - AAA) (2-4, 4.70 ERA, B Prospect)
Desmond Jennings (CF - AA) (.265, 1 HR, 24 RBI)

              Tampa gets:
Brandon Webb (SP) (2-6, 5.68 ERA)
              Chris Snyder (C) (.195, 1 HR, 2 RBI)
Doug Slaten (RP) (0-0, 0.00 ERA)

I could probably throw in Tony Pena instead of Doug Slaten, but he has been my best out of the pen and he is a strikeout guy.
I might be being a little strict here, but Rays don't seem to be getting better. Sure they get Webb, but Kazmir is essentially doing just as bad as Webb is. McGee is a good prospect and so is Jennings. Rays already have Dioner Navarro and I don't think that they need Snyder. Don't know Slaten too well. Seriously, though, you should try Andrew Miller. He is a sort of lost pitcher. He hasn't done well in the majors, but he's still only 24.

I know Webb is, but Miller is a decent pitcher to get back in return. I was thinking like Logan Morrison + Miller + Middle Level Prospect or something for Webb. That's just my two cents.

What would it take to get them?

I'm sure the White sox would want a MLB ready bullpen arm and/or a position player.

Not sure what Atlanta would want.

On a side note: I wish I had room in the Cubs outfield. I'd love to be able to trade Atlanta for Francour.

Or trade the A's for Matt Holliday
Atlanta would probably either want another decent bullpen arm and probably some outfield help, specifically some power...maybe even someone like Hoffpauir at 1B for some power?

nope, wouldnt make sense at all for him to go to florida, they dont like big contracts

i say you look at these teams
                      1. the mets (look for a david murphy + jon niese + low level prospect {D or F Potential})
                      2. the cubs (sean marshall/angel guzman + josh vitters + mid level prospect {low B, high C Potential})

other than that id have to think about for a while

Shit. Forgot Marlins don't like big contracts. Lol. Wow. Haha. Those two deals aren't bad up there, though. Only thing is that, would the Cubs really give up Vitters?

Is it to early in my chise to trade for a Bat? I am about 40 games in and my SS are hitting under .200. Also Bay and Drew are hitting around .230.

The Astros have Miguel Tejada on the block in my chise so I feel I think he would be a nice fit.

The Yankees have money to spend and they are leading the AL East. The Dbacks get pretty good young talent in return.
whats the potential on the two?
