Uhh, Willy Taveras maybe? He isn't that great but he's fast and it would be fairly realistic considering he's been pushed out of a starting spot in Cincy.
They need 2B more than SS, but really need a 3B and RP as Cudi said.
And it's not like Ludwick's been great all along, he just had one good year. I'm not sure that they're still completely confident that he can produce at that level and stay healthy.

lol if you wana do the trade do it, but im telling you how its going to be realistic, btw the only way this deal was gunaa get done in a peavy deal, they wont trade him without getting escobar, he can play 2B
The Ludqick to Braves rumors were mostly just that and and never had real legs. The Ankiel to Braves rumor was more realistic and more viable for the Cards because Rasmus could come in and play CF.
The only reason Ludwick even came up was because of his contract status. Ankiel was WAY more realistic of a deal and the Cardinals wanted a starter for him if they traded him.
What about Nate McLouth? Any chances of the Bucs trading him? They've got McCutchen coming up behind him, keep in mind. And if so, what would they most want in return?
