        September 19th, 2010 - Steelers (1-0) at Titans (1-0)

        WEEK TWO, 2010 SEASON
Pittsburgh Steelers (1-0) at Tennessee Titans (1-0)
        LP Field - Nashville, Tennessee

        Titans "Steel" Win From Steelers

Game Summary: Tennessee carried momentum from their week one win, and beat the Steelers this week 26-21. This game was dominated for the most part by the Titans. Young and crew had a 20-7 lead going into the 4th quarter and it seemed like the game was over. But the Steelers made it interesting, by scoring 14 unanswered points to take a 1 point lead. However, the Titans pulled through and kicker Rob Bironas kicked two field goals to secure the victory.

Offensive Analysis: Vince Young stepped up this week to lead his team to victory. On the first drive of the game, Young looked great, completing 5 straight passes and led his team down the field to score the game's first touchdown. He finished the day completing 15 of his 26 attempts for 238 yards, 1 touchdown and no interceptions. Chris Johnson did a great job on the ground rushing for 114 yards on 20 attempts, and 1 touchdown. With a 10-7 lead in the second quarter, coach Jeff Fisher called a toss to the right. Johnson used great blocks, and his blazing speed to run to the end zone, 66 yards untouched.

Defensive Analysis: The Titans defense stepped up big this game, only allowing 7 points until the 4th quarter. The Steelers rushing game was non-existent, as the Titans only allowed 37 rushing yards. The Defensive line was phenomenal in the 4th, sacking Big Ben 4 times. On the final two plays of the game, Ben Roethlisberger found himself on the turf as Derrick Morgan and William Hayes recorded a sack.

Special Teams Analysis: Rob Bironas remained perfect on the season after making his 4 attempts for the game. He made two crucial 49 yard field goals in the 4th quarter to give his team the lead and the victory. The Punt Return job might be up for grabs though, as Alvin Pearman continues to struggle, and fumbled against Pittsburgh. Lavelle Hawkins will be given a shot next week against the Giants.

                    September 26th, 2010 - Titans (2-0) at Giants (0-2)

                    WEEK THREE, 2010 SEASON
Tennessee Titans (2-0) at New York Giants (0-2)
New Meadowlands Stadium - East Rutherford, New Jersey

                    Miracle In The Meadowlands

Game Summary: And Young is SACKED for a loss of 10 yards. With the game on the line, the Titans line up in shotgun on 4th and 27. Vince Young drops back, throws it deep to Britt, and it's.....CAUGHT! Wow, what a catch! The drive continues.....

Welcome back folks, it is now 1st and goal on the 1 yard line, 6 seconds left, Giants up by 3. Fisher keeps the offense on the field, Young takes the snap, hands it off to Johnson, and he's in for the touchdown, Titans take the lead with 5 seconds left. And that's it folks, the Titans make an amazing comeback and remain undefeated.

Offensive Analysis: Vince Young struggled through the first three quarters of the game, but picked it up in the 4th. He threw 2 interceptions, both by Giants safety Kenny Phillips. Vince completed 13 of his 26 passing attempts for 189 yards. Chris Johnson had a good day, averaging 5.1 yards per carry, and finishing with 92 yards and a touchdown (game winning). Justin Gage led all receivers with 4 receptions for 53 yards. Kenny Britt came up big in the 4th quarter, catching a bomb to convert a 4th and 27.

Defensive Analysis: Tennessee did a great job defensively today, not allowing a touchdown until the 4th quarter. They stopped the Giants drives short all game, sacked Eli Manning three times, and forced 2 interceptions. On the first drive of the game, Manning forced a pass which was intercepted by David Thornton who then returned it for the pick six.

Special Teams Analysis: Rob Bironas missed his first field goal of the season on a 61 yard attempt, but rebounded himself by making his next two (long of 52). Coach Jeff Fisher had a change of heart and let Alvin Pearman keep his return duties. However it wasn't the smartest move, as he continued to struggle. Hawkins will definitely get his chance next week.
