The Nets recieve way more depth and options. Right now there SF position is filled with bums, Jason Kapono could really help that out and become a great sixth man once a real starter is in place and Parker takes VC's spot on the rotation starting at the 2. Giving them another sharpshooter along with Marcus Banks who could be sucessfull coming off the bench or even playing the 2 for the Nets as he scored 10PPG per game for the Celtics a couple years ago. They also get Mutumbo to mentor their young bigs Lopez and Yi.

Take CDR out an input someone of less worth, not particulary of skill, yet someone who isn't as young and talented as he is

I don't see the Nets trading him unless they get something great, which isn't in that deal for both carter and cdr
