    k thanks FishStickZ

Guys ive got a problem, im looking at getting trevor ariza right.... Hes in the Free Agents

i was planning to trade quentin richardson for him and if i had to jared jeffries.

I cant figure out how to sign him cause it always says something about my salary cap not having enough money or whatever, im not good with all that stuff so i tried a few things.
I waived jeffries and quentin richardson (and signed to really cheap players of the FA list cause i need 12 players on my team)
Went back to ariza to see if i could sign him or figure something out, i spent a while trying to figure this out lol it got frustrating so i gave up for now.

Could someone help? give me advice on how to solve these type of things..

    would be greatly appreciated =P

Do you still have your mid level exception? If not, all you can offer him is the league minimum and he obviously won't accept that.

When you waive players, you are still responsible for paying their contract for as long as it lasts, regardless if they get picked up by another team or whatever.

But yeah, if you've already used your MLE, you're pretty much shit out of luck.

Welcome To New York, James Posey

The New York Knicks and Philedelphia 76ers have agreed on a deal which involves Jarred Jeffries heading to Philedelphia and James Posey coming to New York.

James Posey, A 9 year player out of Ohio has had his fair share of being traded to different teams. This time to New York where Knicks managment say there excited to have him in the team and he'll be staying here for a while.

          Why James Posey?

The New York Knicks wanted Posey for his Defensive talent, he has shown that he can guard some of the best in the league well and thats exactly what Knicks need, more defence. Posey will come off the bench but will get quite a lot of minutes to mostly help our defence.
What comes as an extra with getting James Posey, is his shooting skill, this guy is lights out from 3 point land which will just improve New York's shooting threat as a team.

Knicks Team Effort Stuns The Fans By Beating Celtics In Boston

Nate Robinson goes straight through the celtics defence for 2 of his 13 points

            Game Recap
Tonight Knicks looked great, our starting 5 were all in double figures with points and lead the way. But the hustle work by Posey and Landry really got us going throughout the game. Posey, Landry and Lee combined for 7 offensive rebounds and got alot of Second Chance points for us. Another player that stood out was Ramon Sessions, his driving game and team game was great tonight and got a big double double. Apart from those few things our team just out played Boston and got our first upset of the season.

            Jordan Player Of The Game
            Ramon Sessions

Sessions was great at finding open teamates for wide open shots, if he wasn't doing this he was driving hard to the basket and most of the time scoring, he lead the way for New York

Posey's First Game As A Knick

James Posey got limited minutes tonight as his teamates were getting the job done and playing pretty good defence, he did get a few though and showed some early good signs. Posey finished with 2 Points, 3 Rebounds, 3 Assists, 3 Steals

Nate Robinson Breaks Apart Minnesota's Defence And Burns Brewer Off The Dribble

                      Game Recap
Minnesota's Lineup had changed a bit with the main inclusion being Lamar Odom so they looked like a pretty strong team, they stuck with us the whole game but only once took the lead. We came back in the 3rd and held on to the end of the game. Our points came from alot of people, 6 players were in double digits while Wilson Chandler was two points off being our 7th. One negative to come out of the game was our 6th man Larry Hughes, he cant find his offensive lately and has been struggling, he only finished with 5 .Knicks young player Danilo Gallinari got all of his 12 points in the 2nd quarter, he was on a role making two threes and constantly putting pressure on Timberwolves defence. Another Point that got us the W was our rebounding, Lee lead the way with 10 but Harrington wasnt far behind with 7. It was a good solid win and a great team effort.

Right: T-mac driving baseline on the Suns Grant Hill

                          Tracy Mcgrady

First week of the 2009/10 season and our players of the week are Lebron and T-mac. Everyone expects LeBron to get plenty more of these and he has started the season out in style. But on the other hand a guy who is probably past his best in Tracy Mcgrady, its good to see that hes still putting up good numbers and leading his team. A good start to the season for both of them.

Chandlers 2nd Half Heroics Proves Too Much For Charlotte

Wilson Chandler took over the 2nd half scoring 20, here he is driving baseline against Wallace

                            Game Recap
This was a close one, both teams were playing to there strengths as shown by the scoreboard. The points were rolling in and the lead went back and forth for the whole game, but the story of the night was Wilson Chandler. He look unstoppable going to the rim, he kept on getting points through driving and it was working well, either getting fouled or making the shot. He and Nate lead the team tonight, Nate had a great shooting game. He made 4 from 6 3 Pointers and most of his 20 points came from medium to long range shots. It came down to the last quarter, but in the end we got the win and it was a nice win.

Chandler was an offensive force in the 2nd half tonight and lead his team to a close win. Chandler also did a great job on the boards, grabbing a season high 7, 4 of those being offensive.
