Since join PSG in 2008, Hoarau scored 46 goals in 120 appearances for his club team. tbuc had this to say about the departure of his striker, “He’s a good player and a great person. Unfortunately, this is a business and we couldn’t pass up to offer Wigan proposed to us. The money we received should allow us to bring in another striker plus add depth elsewhere. We wish Hoarau the best of luck in England.”

      Postgame Press Conference:
"No doubt we played poorly all around. We gave up another penalty in the box again today. Mikel got a little desperate I guess. Higuain was non existent for the second straight match and we really had no support upfront. Nene and Menez are two talented players, but were very lazy for me today. Gamiero played well, however. I thought he played well against Man City in our finally friendly match and I'm glad to see that carry over into today. We have a lot of work to do before our next match."

            Postgame Press Conference:
"We played much better today. Still would like us to hold onto the ball longer though, but we got the three points and that's whats most important. Nene is still playing a bit lazy. He needs to drop back further and help support his leftback in defense. On a more positive note, Mikel played well, he came up with a few key tackles in our defensive half and even came forward to help out Pastore in the final third. It was also a much better game from Higuain. He dropped a little further back at times and got involved. He also came up with the assist on a great ball to Gameiro who just had to tap it in. Now we have to keep this up and bring the momentum into our next match."

"After dropping three points in our first match, we've collect six in our last two. To go along with that, I thought we've gotten better over that period. Today I thought we were no doubt the better team. It could've easily been 2-0 if not more, but Jallet was a bit unlucky and scored an own goal. It came off a corner that was not properly cleared and Jallet tried to chest it down and clear it, but hit it a little too hard off his chest and it ended up in the back of the net. I have to mention Lugano's name as well. I thought he played extremely well against City and Barca in the center of our defense. He won a lot of balls in the air and his talents in the air paid off today when he scored our first goal. I've also praised Gameiro's ability to get involved up front in our earlier games, but the one thing I didn't mention was his inability to put the ball on target. It's great if you can create chances for yourself, but if your not putting them on net, then it all amounts to nothing. However, today he improved on that big time. His goal came on a beautiful bender that rapped around the keeper and into the side netting."

PSG Bring in Young Englishman Marc Albrighton

                      August 24, 2011

PARIS – Since arriving as the clubs new manager, tbuc has done a great job of adding top talent and strengthening his squad. He has brought in a world class striker, an up-and-coming fullback, as well as an established central defensive midfielder. Bringing in Albrighton adds some much needed depth on the right side of the midfield. As a pacey winger that can play on both the right and left, Albrighton allows Menez, a more central midfielder, to play his natural role late in games. “We like the potential Albrighton brings to the table. He won’t start for us right away, but he’ll no doubt make an impact off the bench. He’s only 21 years old and we look for him to be one of our top players in a few years down the road,” explained tbuc.

Born and raised in England, Marc Albrighton joined the Aston Villa youth academy in 1998 and made is Premier League debut for Villa on the opening match day of the 2009-10 season. A year later, opening match day of the 2010-11 season, Albrighton made his first Premier League start. In total, the young Englishman appeared in 38 matches for the EPL side before making the switch.

"It always feels good to come out with a point when you're away from home. I thought we had the chance to come away with all three, but both sides played well enough to deserve a point. Our first big chance came around the 20' when Gameiro played in Higuain who tried scoring with his first touch. He ended up hitting it straight at the keeper and the rebound fell to Pastore, who also tried scoring with his first touch, but sent it wide. He was at a tough angle, however. Overall our defense played well. Sakho was probably the man of the match for me. He made a few big time tackles around the box and possibly saved us from giving up more than one goal. The man of the match for Toulouse had to be their keeper. We put seven shots on target and only one found the back of the net. Of those six saves, most of those were not routine. Next up we have Brest at home. It would be nice to get three points out of that match."

So my power went out last Friday and I didn't get it back until Monday morning. I left my PS3 on and never saved it from the last time I played. I only lost four days in the game. So, reread my last two posts as those have been edited. Thanks!

I have considered. Jallet is a 76 over and his backup is a 75 and a better crosser of the ball and better dribbler. However, he only marginally better and Jallet is a much better tackler. As of now no switch has been made.
