I only accept CAPs for the first season, partly because I want to see their careers to the end, and also because I want to limit the number of people so that the dynasty doesn't become all about the CAPs.

      -WEEK EIGHT-
THE NUMBER OF SCHOOLS LISTED REFLECTS THE STAGE OF THE PROSPECT (TOP 3, TOP 5, ETC.)
RED = SCHOOL HAS OFFERED SCHOLARSHIP

Lots of movement on the list of Bruce Butler (HB) as he narrows his choices to the top five. Michigan State and Iowa leap to the top by making scholarship offers, but Ohio State, Notre Dame, and Penn State are still very much in it.

Cincinnati withdrew their scholarship offer to Drew Blades (MLB), but Utah has surged up the list, closing within 40 points of Texas for the top spot on the list.

Bruce Butler (HB) narrows his list to three schools, with Michigan State still holding the lead. Penn State sits in fourth place, with a decent shot at breaking into the top three before it's too late.

Drew Blades (MLB) narrows his list to five schools, and Utah takes over the top spot, hoping to add another player from our crop of CAPs alongside Rob Roy.

It took some time, but Khris Shackleford (QB) finally made his commitment to Virginia Tech official! And with starter Mark Leal and Trey Gresh both graduating at the end of this year, there's a distinct possibility that Shackleford could step in as the starting QB as a true freshman next season.

Michigan State is still in the lead for the services of Bruce Butler (HB), but Notre Dame is making headway towards the top of the list. Same goes for BYU and Roy Roy (WR).

Utah has put a good amount of separation at the top of the list for Drew Blades (MLB), and looks to be a lock to land him.

Different week, same story. Notre Dame and BYU continue to make headway with Bruce Butler (HB) and Rob Roy (WR), while Utah continues to separate themselves on top of the list for Drew Blades (MLB).

Bruce Butler (HB) has committed to Michigan State! Seniors Nick Hill and Jeremy Langford are currently at the top of the depth chart, so Butler will have a good shot at stepping in as the starter as a true freshman next season.

Drew Blades (MLB) has committed to Utah! Currently at the top of the depth chart are senior V.J. Fehoko and junior Jared Norris, so it shouldn't be long before Blades takes over at the top.

BYU is now officially in the lead for the services of Rob Roy (WR).

I'm simming the first four years, then I'll begin reporting in 2016. But I will give a short recap of the first four years, like our schedule results, Heisman winners, national champions, etc.

Maryland came out of nowhere in the offseason, and landed the services of Rob Roy (WR) by being the only team to offer him a scholarship. There is some talent at the position, but one or two years of graduation should see Roy ascend to the top of the depth chart.

                            2015 DEPTH CHART

Khris Shackleford (QB) and James Guthrie (K) are the only two players lucky enough to land starting positions in their first season.

In addition to being #4 on the depth chart at cornerback, Zach Hatlestad (CB) will play #2 at free safety and kick/punt returner, and #3 at strong safety. So he should see a decent amount of playing time in year one.

In addition to being #4 on the depth chart at wide receiver, Rob Roy (WR) will play #3 at kick/punt returner in his first year.

In addition to being #2 on the depth chart at middle linebacker, Drew Blades (MLB) will play #2 at both outside linebacker positions in his first year.

In addition to being #7 on the depth chart at wide receiver, Drake Bridgewater (WR) will play #3 at kick/punt returner in his first year.

The 2015 season is done! I will update the stats for all players, then we can finally begin this dynasty.

Stay Tuned...three of the created players transferred to different teams in the offseason. Find out which ones tomorrow.
