I'm not angry. As long as I lose to LSU every year I'm fine.

            vs
            2-2 1-3

In a clash of Texas teams, Texas St comes out on top; 38-28

Once again Gabe Leftwich put the team on his back in this win

HB Gay on the receiving end of a Leftwich TD pass

Offensive Coordinator Ryan Long of the Texas St Bobcats may have found his very own "Cam Newton". This kid, Gabe Leftwich, can do it all. Pass, Run, hell I am sure he could even catch the ball if need be and he is only a FRESHMAN. Once again this kid lead his team to a victory, matching their previous years total of 3 wins. Leftwich was non stop in his play execution throughout the game and did not let up even when they were up by 21 points. It's a good thing he didn't, too, because North Texas mounted a huge comeback in the 4th quarter to come within 3. Leftwich came through, once again, on a 4 yard TD run with only 2 minutes remaining. Leftwich connected early in the 1st quarter with his new number one receiver HB Gay. He found him again early in the 3rd quarter to put Gays receiving totals over 100 yards. The defense played extremely well until the 4th quarter, where they let up 21 points. The Bobcats are now 3-2.

            Passing
            Leftwich- 10/18, 235 yds, 2 TD, 1 INT

            Rushing
Leftwich- 28 carries for 180 yds, 2 TD
Chavez- 7 carries for 37 yds
Gay- 3 carries for 16 yds
Franks- 2 carries for 0 yds

            Receiving
Gay- 3 receptions for 122 yds, 1 TD
Goodwin- 1 reception for 7 yds, 1 TD
Franks- 2 receptions for 15 yds
Erickson- 1 reception for 18 yds
Millburn- 2 receptions for 58 yds
            Chavez- 1 receptions, 15 yds

            Defensive Stars
DE Evans- 3 tackles, 2 FL, 2 Sacks
DB Rose- 5 tackles, 1 INT

Probably around week ten I will be doing a general league update, so if there is anything you want included (certain teams standings/stats/player update, etc) just let me know in here. Probably will get to week 10 early tomorrow morning.

Just wait until Lane Kiffin stops holding the white man back. 110 yards and 2 scores was just a warmup.

Forget the League update for week ten. Too much work. Instead I just finished the regular season so once I get past the bowl games I will post the individual games I played and then a League End of the Year update.

Indiana TD with 1:43 left silences Bobcats offense; Texas St loses 20-17

Leftwich drops back for a pass

Gabe Leftwich was flawless through the air, when they actually passed, but he, as well as other rushers, really struggled on the ground today. Leftwich was the only player to break 50 yds on the day and no one found the end zone on the ground. Indiana's defense played extremely agressive against Texas St and shut down the Option run almost every time. Indiana had a few miscues throughout the game, but managed to bounce back late in the 4th quarter to take the 3 point lead with less than 2 minutes remaining. They continued their stout defense and prevented Texas St from picking up the first down needed to get into field goal range. HB Gay once again had a huge receiving TD in this game early in the 2nd quarter. Many fans took to the internet displaying their angry with the coaching staff. One comment on Twitter said "Offensive Coordinator Ryan Long should have thrown more. He obviously doesn't know what he's doing".
