GLENDALE, AZ (AP)- Whatever praise said about the Cardinals secondary can be thrown out the window after yesterday's game. Santana Moss tore up the number one secondary in the league, catching seven passes with four of them being touchdowns in the Jets 28-14 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Things started off horribly for the home team as Larry Fitzgerald got rocked by Jets safety Jon McGraw on their opening drive. The star rookie got up from the hit woozy and went off to the sidelines... the Jets sidelines. Officials directed him to the Cardinals locker room where it was unsurprisingly discovered that Fitzgerald suffered a concussion. A few drives later Drew Henson found Fitzgerald's replacement, Nathan Poole, on a 59 yard touchdown to give Arizona an early lead.

Chad Pennington and the Jets offense struck back with a ten play drive that ended in Pennington's first touchdown pass to Moss, from three yards out. Henson came back and looked deep for Anquan Boldin, but the pass was underthrown and intercepted by McGraw. Pennington then went to work completing two passes before finding Moss again for another touchdown.

The Cardinals came back strong, starting with a 18 yard pass from Henson to Freddie Jones. An incompletion was followed by a Henson pass to Poole, and another throw to Jones. Poole caught a nine-yarder and then Emmitt Smith busted through the middle for 11. Two more Smith runs got Arizona three yards closer and then Henson found Kevin Kasper for three yards, leaving Arizona one yard short on fourth down. Henson called his own number and punched it in, but those were the only highlights of the game for the NFC West leading Cardinals.

Moss caught a slant early in the third quarter and went 91 yards for his third score and followed that up with an eight yard score late to put the game away. The Cardinals fall to 9-2 and will head to Ford Field to face the Detroit Lions next Sunday.

Thanks for checking in Vikes. And yeah, I'm not so worried about the loss but the loss of Fitzgerald could hurt. Luckily Nathan Poole stepped up after he got hurt.

          More updates sometime today.

You lose Fitzgerald but your closing in on 3000 views seems like a push to me.

I might make it or might not. ;) I finally found playable sliders that game cause I could have won it probably but it was close the whole way, which I wanted. Fitzgerald's loss will hurt bad, but I'm going to try to rehab him so I can bring him back in less than 10 weeks. It worked with Adrian Wilson, who was supposed to be out for nine weeks, but with some rehab he came back in like three or four.

Another game will be posted sometime today.

                      Week 13 Preview

                      at
Arizona Cardinals (9-2) at Detroit Lions (4-7)

                      Pre-Game Injury Report

ARZ- Adrian Wilson, SS (fractured arm - probable) | Bryant Johnson, WR (torn bicep - questionable) | Larry Fitzgerald, WR (concussion - out)
DET- Dominic Raiola (fractured arm - questionable) | Az-Zahir Hakim, WR (dislocated elbow - out) | Damien Woody, G (broken foot - out)

                      Pre-Game Matchups

Cardinals QB Drew Henson (195-321, 3027 yards, 21 TD, 13 INT) vs. Lions QB Joey Harrington (202-345, 2510 yards, 15 TD, 16 INT)
Henson has been on top of his game until last week, where he threw two mistakes in the Cardinals' second loss of the season. Going against a weak Lions secondary, look for Drew to put up some good numbers. Harrington leads the league in interceptions, so look for that number to rise, unless the Cardinals decide to make him look like Chad Pennington.

Cardinals HB Emmitt Smith (215 carries, 780 yards, 11 TD) vs. Lions HB Kevin Jones (181 carries, 594 yards, 6 TD)
Smith fell back to life last week with a 22 yard performance. Eric Bickerstaff looked more impressive in limited carries, so look for the second-year back out of Wisconsin to get more reps during the game. Jones is having a decent rookie season, but needs to have a big game if they want to pull the upset.

Cardinals WR Anquan Boldin (59 catches, 1222 yards, 10 TD) vs. Lions WR Charles Rogers (41 catches, 749 yards, 6 TD)
Boldin doesn't have Fitzgerald to help him out so look for his numbers to drop. Larry's replacement Nathan Poole needs to step up in a big way. Rogers is proving that he isn't a first round bust with a great season so far. He's been a lone bright spot on this dismal Lions squad.

                      Prediction: Cardinals 30, Lions 17

Yeah I'd imagine the calls for Eli to start have reached a dull roar in NY.
