      Tigers Pounce On The Orioles In Game 1 Shutout Win

      (27-20) @ (25-22)


      You may know Miguel Cabrera better by his other name, MVP.

      On the road tonight the Tigers sloshed the Orioles 6-0, in front of 26,475 fans at Camden Yards. Getting the win was Jeremy Bonderman, who picthed a complete game shutout agianst the O's en route to his 3rd win of the season. Miguel Cabrera had a huge game offensively, bashing his 16 home run of the year and driving in 4.

      Game 2 is tomorrow evening, with Rick Porcello (3-3 , 4.07 ERA) taking the mound for the visiting Tigers and Adam Eaton (1-4 , 5.77 ERA) getting the nod for the Orioles. Josh Anderson hopes to add ot his 10-game hitting streak.

                Tigers Don't Let Off The Gas In Baltimore Beatdown

                (28-20) @ (25-23)


                Rick Porcello pitched 6 shutout innings of baseball against the Orioles en route to the 4th win of his rookie campaign.

                The Tigers have left the Orioles looking for answers after getting pounded in game 2.

                Playing under the lights on the road, the Tigers handed the Orioles a 10-0 beatdown in front of 25,255 fans at Camden Yards. Marcus Thames broke out of a slump, igniting the offsense with 3 hits, including a solo home run, his first in almost a month, in 5 at bats. Rick Porcello got the win, his 4th of the season, working 6 shutout innings on 4 hits.

                The series continues under the lights tomorrow night, with Dontrelle Willis (5-1 , 3.60 ERA) going for the Tigers against Rich Hill (0-1 , 4.09 ERA) and the Orioles.

                    haha, yeah. I busted it open early on with him on the mound. That game was rediculous. Only 2nd time this season I've gotten to double digits in runs iirc.

                    FUCK! I need a day off. The game is making me rest like 4 of my players for game 3.

                    The next game is the last game of the month of May btw.

                              Pretty close to default with some minor tweaks here and there (i.e. outfielder speed to 4) I average about 4 runs, 12 hits a game or so. Same for the CPU.

                                Matt Treanor locked into this pitch and blasted a 3 run shot into left center in the 8th inning.

                                The Tigers took care of the Orioles 9-4 tonight, getting a road win in front of 26,424 fans at Camden Yards. Ryan Raburn delivered in the clutch tonight, picking up 3 RBI on a pair of hits, including a triple. Working 6 innings, Dontrelle Willis was able to get his 6th win of the season, as he gave up 3 runs and 7 hits in the victory.
