Is the problem with this show going shitty derived from the books? I know that they deviate, but I've read some of the spoilers about the books (which, let's point out here, are basically shitty beach novels) and they sounded fucking retarded.

Shit forgot about this. Luckily I still had the dvr set to record all things TB for the past year, so I guess I'll watch this tomorrow. I really hope this season rebounds from the last, it was definitely the worst one to date.Comment

Season 3 took a nosedive, and I've lost a lot of interest in this show. The only thing I'm interested in is whether Deborah Ann Woll will show her tits.Comment

I hated season 3 too aside from Russell and Eric but after seeing the first 2 episodes of season 4 and being pleasantly surprised, I like the possibilities. I mean they actually made Tyra tolerable for a few scenes. Her cousin is still a fag but at least they didn't fucking kiss in the 1st two episodes.Comment

This is definitely, gonna be an interesting season, I can see some plot lines they are already starting, it was nice to see some new faces I actually recognized from other media, but Gary Cole's role was pretty lame, I thought he'd at least be in a few more episodes.
Just my thoughts and some theories on this episode and season.
I think Tara/Tony probably had the biggest change between 3 and 4, which was expected, but damn, didnt think that was gonna happen, hopefully we can get some Tara boob action happen. Bill banging out the one lawyer I bet, and the young witch or whatever is either a side chick, or maybe a secret vampire infiltrating the witch group, they showed her right when Harry Potter's aunt picked up the dead bird, kinda like "Maybe these people are real, what are we gonna do about them?" Also, she seemed like she was a familiar face around the mansion. I think in the books Eric and Sookie end up getting together or something so maybe this season will lead down that road. I could tell as soon as Jason drove into that place some shit was gonna go down. I got a chuckle seeing the kid with the decapitated barbie dolls. Jessica might kill Hoyt down the road, or maybe turn him so he can see what life is like from her perspective, although his job would be at stake if he did become a vamp. Cant think of his name, but the main detective guy might have a downfall this season, Jason kidnapped, him running out of V, possibly get fired, kill himself, or who knows. The whole fairy thing was kinda stupid, and I didnt really care for the time jump, but since the season is dealing with with happened in those 12 months, maybe we'll get to see how these things came to happen.Comment

This season has a chance to be really good. It started off on the right foot.
Unfortunately, I see the witches being the main storyline - which is cool - but they'll just be killed off at the end of the season. I wish they'd be a continuous character, as they are a great FOIL for vampires.Comment

Decent premiere, I like how they skipped ahead a year, definitely gave the show a MUCH needed shake-up. I'll check out episode 2 tomorrow.Comment
