I'm all in with the show because i've been watching for so many years, but it's reached a point where I don't really care what happens anymore. This season had some potential and showed glimmers of hope, but that's all out the window now.

I don't find the Colin Hanks storyline compelling at all, and have no desire to see where it leads.

It's time for this show to just get to the point where Deb has the moral dilemma when she discovers Dexter. That's really the only interesting angle the show has left.

Not to mention the whole Quinn/Deb storyline. I cringe everytime I see Quinn on camera. I'm glad they killed or at the very least subdued the Batista/LaGuerta storyline this year.

You're right though, he had a little tease last season (which was to me, the only memorable part of Season 5) where Deb ALMOST caught Dexter and that had me on the edge of my seat...and I'm just waiting for it again.

Well, this week's episode lived up to it's previews expectations. Overacting and lameness. Oh yeah, and it's completely inexplicable in the context of the rest of the show. Oh, and Colin Hank and Ed James Olmos are still in it? Could have fooled me!

I'm loving the comments the brother is making. Even the subtle motions and faces he makes when other people are talking to Dexter is funny as shit. Im so glad he's back. With that said I think they have him interacting too much with things in the rooms and stuff. After all he is a ghost, or a figment of his imagination.

i think the season is great. i love the storyline for hanks and olmos. the 4 horseman thing and the saw like ending in the next show. that was fucking awesome.

this last show was less than stellar only because i did not like the return of trinity and dexters brother. we been there done that

well honestly even the worst seasons of Dexter are better than 75% of other TV shows

I am digging this season. The killers are cool, Dexter is still a badass, everyone but Masuka still needs to die.

I've found that the killer determines how much I like a season of Dexter. Season 5 and 3 were beat as fuck because the bad guys and guest stars were beat as fuck. (Miguel Prado/Skinner = awful. Julia Stiles/Jordan Chase = lame). This season, that's not the case. It's not exceptionally good, but it's still decent.

I also like the new black guy.
