Nuk is actually wrong on this one. The newer Adam Sandler movies are awful, but Waterboy, Happy Gilmore, and Billy Madison are all incredibly hilarious.

What would you consider Warriors? Definite cult classic but I thought it was a pretty solid movie.

So, what you're fucking telling me is, Billy Madison is on the same level as Pulp Fiction and Casablanca? Get the fuck out of here.. Billy Madison managed to snag 41% at RT, and a whopping ''16'' at Metacritic. No movie on earth can pull a fucking ''16.'' I could shit in a box, film it for 90 minutes, and it would at least get a 20. Now, critics reviews might not mean jack shit to somke of you, but without positive feedback, they won't be making ''all-time classic'' any time soon.
Agree that it's a Cult Classic, and it's also a personal fave of mine. But that is why I stipulated in the OP to ignore your personal faves and choose the overall best.

I think Office Space is the definitive comedy of Generation Y, it gave us so many quotables, so many classic scenes, and is one of the more rewatchable comedies of all-time. Even 40 YOV, which I love, got stale to me after the 93rd viewing. Now I just hang in there til Catherine Keener comes on screen and call it there.

Wow, I didn't realize Billy Madison got reviews that bad lol. I assumed it was a classic because everyone around here loves it.

No. It's actually highly disliked, and usually the whipping child of bad comedies throughout the 90s-2000s.

I certainly wasn't trying to come off as ass or anything, because hell, man, I enjoyed ''Spaceballs,'' and that fucking sucked. I just thought NAHSTE was going for actual ''great'' comedies, and not personal opinion.

Billy Madison did, however, get an 8.8 from users at metacritic.

                        lmao.

Ralph Fiennes brought the ''lulz'' throughout that one.

                        Unfortunately, it's a '93 film.

Office Space is fucking fantastic. I use quotes from that movie every football practice.

Super Troopers is good, but definately a cult movie.

Fuuuck. wasnt sure on the date.

Fa serious tho, I watch Office Space now and its kinda blah to me. The only thing that has killed me with humor that REALLY sticks out to me is East Bound and Down!

It's a 1 star according to whoever does them for cable. And a movie has to really suck to be a 1 star, they give everything 2 stars unless it's god awful.

I was a little surprised and disappointed to see that, but apparently it really is just a stupid movie that is a cult classic among those of us who were 10 years old when it came out.

LOL at asking that at football practice. Do you have anyone just admit to being nothing but a people person?

"What exactly is it you DO here?"

"I take the plays to the quarterback!"

"But can't the coach just do that?"

"I deal with the QUARTERBACKS, so the COACH doesn't have to, that's what I do, I'm a people person!"
