I breezed right through The Shield. Its been a long time it seems since I watched a show from start to finish that quickly. It's been a long time, but every episode just was so good. That show never seemed to have any down time. As the seasons went on the budget seemed to go down but I think it helped because they had to grip tighter on there main characters and stray away from some of the side character bullshit. Every member of the strike team had just great story arcs and that finale might have been the best finale I've seen for a show. How it didn't get any Emmy recognition blows my mind. Vic Mackey is a despicable character but I loved him. He really fucked anyone that he associated with. Its weird to think Ronnie was such a small part for 4-5 seasons and then just bump him into a lead and get you to actually feel for his character. I don't think I've seen a side character make that drastic of a jump and get away with it. It's hard to believe they waited so long to give him some of the spotlight. Needless to say I am going to take a break from jumping iunto another show for a few days because I want to truly absorb this show. It's all I've been thinking about since the finale and really wish I could've watched it live.Comment

Went to the Swedish House Mafia show in SF on Saturday night. Probably the most fun and best show I've ever been to. Already thinking about buying a ticket to see them again in LA in a few weeks.Comment

Just watched the first episode of Freaks and Geeks. Man what a good first impression though
"God is real. I've seen him, his name is John Bonham and he plays drums for Led Zeppelin".
I say that all the fucking timeComment
