The whole season has been good, I meant that there hasn't been too much brutal stuff happening yet which I think changes next episode.Comment

finally getting caught up. season 3 was ridiculously slow, it was like, 4 or 5 episodes stretched across a season, so i stopped watching. my woman is really into it though so we plowed through. watching 7 right now. what a great season with interesting storylines. i love how they skipped ahead 14 months and its a new ballgame, characters are different, the situation is way more tense, and i cant wait to see what happens next.Comment

Pretty intense episode last night, 90 minute special next week I have a feeling some serious shit is gonna happen.Comment

Makes me wonder if their truly going to kill Clay
OR
SAMCRO splits into two different clubs making members choose loyalties. That would throw the storyline into a new season cause quiet frankly I think to kill Clay off will be a show killer....maybe.Originally posted by BookerT316Arcbomber your a fag if me posting get to you!Indianapolis Colts11-5AFC SOUTH CHAMPIONSComment

The split could work, but at this point who would go with Clay? Tigg for sure, and maybe Hap. But Opie, Juice, Chibs, Kozick, and Bobby would all go with Jax.
Should be very interesting how this all plays out.

Wow. This show just keeps raising the bar higher and higher. Clay is definitely on his way out. I see it playing out as Jax or Opie going to kill him in the season finale and that he escapes their planned hit and is on the run all next season and is killed in the next season.
90 minute episode next week with Dre De Matteo (hubba hubba) returning to the show, likely to show that she is recovered from her meth addiction and wants to be a part of her sons life. Will be interesting how that plays out. Opie confronting Unser at the cabin...crazy stuff!
Read yesterday that FX approved another episode for this season since the ratings have been so high and that Sutter said he needed one more hour to fully tell the tale. Kudos to FX for getting out of the way and letting Sutter do his magic!Comment

I can see why the needed another episode, no way they could've wrapped it up after last night. I'm really curious to see what Potter's angle is, he has Otto giving up SAMCRO but Juice's deal protects them....
EDIT: ALSO, what's up with Romeo either lying about Otto not flipping or not knowing about it?Comment

Not gonna lie....I was expecting more from the finale. After the reveal with Galinda the rest was very predictable.Comment

They set up the thing with Pope, and that will come back to the club in season 5. Charming Heights will now be on the outs, so that will all play out.
Sutter played it safe and built everything up for Season 5, I have no problem with it. We got the big Whoa moment, it just happened at the beginning of the finale.

I liked the finale better last season but we had been building to that one since season 1. We had a few curve balls but all in all a good set up for next season.
I could have digested that Romeo and the cartel was working with the CIA as informants like Frank Costello in The Departed but to have Romeo actually carrying a badge as a CIA officer was a bit reaching. This makes Romeo subject to a lot more scrutiny than was needed for all of the murders he has committed over the season. The only thing it really explains is the white guys in hoods speaking Spanish when they tried to abduct Tara.
The final scene reminded me a bit of the Godfather when Michael became the head of the family. They were all giving their approval of the change in power as they entered the room. All in all I thought it was a good finale. I just hate that we have another 8 months or so before we get new episodes!Comment
