How's this for a theory-

Gomez, Hank and Jesse die in the gunfight next week. Walt's confession surfaces during the investigation, which frames Jesse, Hank and Gomez as the blue meth cooks. Marie trashes Walt's house and sprays "Heisenberg" in it (because she is convinced he killed Hank since she knows they were together the last time she heard from him) and nobody believes her wacky story because she is a known nut job already. Walt has to cook once for the skinheads to pay the debt for Jesse's killing and then they blackmail him into cooking more for Lydia by making threats against his family. He gets the M60 to go after them. Then has to go back for the Ricin to use on Lydia. Walt and his family walk away with the cash.

Didn't Jesse already get popped once for his "chili p" cooking? He's a known cook/user so he would instantly get associated with any illegal drug activity if he was present. Gomez is Hank's work wife, anything that Hank is suspected in immediately incriminates Gomez.
