Dish network dropped AMC. So the night of the premier I had to watch a stream on the amc website. I didnt catch the first 6 or so minutes of the stream. So I just rewatched the episode. So Yea I just picked up on that too.

LOL it's all good, just found it funny since every review and blog post and comment I have read on the premiere made that same conclusion.Comment

However you see it, it's definitely building to a huge climax. It's going to be epic and I can't wait.Comment

Nice gif. Maybe I'm reaching but this seems symbolic of Walt's "Icarus" reference upon viewing it again (and again and again and again and again and again...)
Anyway, other thoughts ...
- Gee, who could have predicted Walt and Mike would butt heads over the business side of things? DID NOT SEE THAT ONE COMING AT ALL
- Walt is a fucking moron. "YOU MEAN MY START UP BUSINESS HAS OVERHEAD EXPENSES AND IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO GET UP AND RUNNING? I WILL ONLY MAKE A METRIC FUCKTON OF MONEY, INSTEAD OF TWO METRIC FUCKTONS? NO FAIR!
- Marie is so fucking annoying. Hey, V-Gill, pls kill off. Thx.Comment

Walt's gripe was that since he's the "owner" now, he thought he should be making more money than he did when he was an "employee" of Gus. He's not coming to realize that his cut gets split 3 ways and there's real expenses in doing business now that he's the boss. For a guy as smart as Walt, it's kind of painful to watch him be so brazen with the realities of running a business.
No one is discussing Jesse's declining interest in this whole deal. It seemed that he reluctantly got back into this gig a few episodes ago and now when he was getting paid out, he didn't care one bit to pay Walt's share of the "hush" money. It seems Jesse wants more out of life and he's tired of living on the edge. No matter how much he makes, it seems that it's not worth it anymore.Comment
