So, to regroup with 2 hours left...

-Hank & Gomez are dead in shallow graves out in the desert. Walt's family knows they're dead and the DEA is under the same impression. Walt is the suspect.

-Jesse is being held prisoner by Todd's Uncle. At the moment, Todd is using him to teach him how to cook the meth up to high standards after which, he's essentially a dead man.

-The Uncle's gang are about $70M richer and are still in business with Lydia, apparently.

-Walt has skipped town thanks to Saul's connection, about to get his brand new identity (he's got about $10M on him) and relocated....after going full apeshit on Skylar. The DEA and FBI know about his crimes now and he's a fugitive.



So......why is he back in town (the scenes from earlier in the season) down the road?
