i downloaded the hbogo version early last week too. idk if it was on xbox or not though. i dont see anything available for episode 3 to download. maybe hbogo just had it early for some promo type thing or something

The d/l did come from an HBOGO source but nobody with a subscription could access that episode from the HBOGO menu. I'm guessing HBOGO gives a few accounts out that have advanced episodes pre-loaded for review purposes, and someone ripped it from there.

But airing the episodes a week early is not going to be standard procedure, unless whoever ripped E2 for us wants to keep doing it.

Just finished Game of Thrones and am now going to power thru season 1, I wanted to read the book first because it tends to go a bit more into detail then shows or movies. After I watch season 1, ill power thru Clash of Kings and then watch Season 2

I thought it was implied Stannis and Melisandre were getting it on in the books.

 

im in the third episode and got to the part with brienne fighting loras in front of renly and was reminded of this: i think its the show's way of explaining the shadow's origin, as in the book, when the onion knight takes her beneath storm's end and she gives birth to the shadow, it says davos has seen the figure before... i dunno, just a thought... back to episode 3..

Got down to watching the first three episodes of season 2 tonight. Sorry, but not that impressed. Yes, I'm gonna keep watching, love the show, but season 2 has been very slow so far.

i agree with dave. while it may be moving fast for the books, its kind of slow going for tv. its not even that its slow its just not all that engaging. it was a good episode, just not anything special
