I read the Great Gatsby in high school. I can't tell you anything about the story except "Zelda" and "West Egg."

I've read all of the ASoIaF books. I can draw you a detailed map of Westeros and quote lines that I haven't read in 4 years.

There's a difference between "a classic work of fiction" and "classical literature." I'll let you decide which one is which.

Especially when you're comparing it to The Great Gatsby which is required reading for millions of people every year. Yeah, not in the same boat at all.

You'd have a point if the books weren't approaching a Harry Potter level of popularity among adult readers.

It's pretty customary for shows to take breaks over holiday weekends. Relax fellas many people will be out on the lake, having cookouts, etc. They want those massive ratings and the shitshow of youtube reaction videos.
