How the fuck do you go 10 years living off of human blood, and then realize, oh, we only have a 1 month supply left?
I'd e-yell at you for not spoiling that plot point but there may be a lingering trailer that spells it out other than a clip of Ethan Hawke quipping "What happens when there's not a single drop of blood left?"

Other than that, IMO, it wasn't a horrible movie but it wasn't Oscar-worthy either.

You want shit? Go watch this:

...quite literally the crappiest movie I ever had to suffer though.

I watched Funny People the other night. I liked it but I think it's because I knew it wasn't really a comedy going into it. If I hadn't I would have been highly disappointed

Quite possibly the darkest movie I've seen in a long time; no joke.

There's no blood, no guts, no brains splattered on the wall in this one; this isn't Jim Cavezel getting the shit beat out of him for an hour straight; no... this is much worse.

            This:

            and this:

are in the same film... Grab whatever context you can from it without me spoiling it further for you.

            ***1/2 stars.

              Lost In Translation

Good movie. I've always found Japanese culture to be very interesting and there were some cool scenes showcasing it. Murray and Johansson were great, and I loved how the movie didn't end up like every other movie with a similar man meets woman situation.

Saving Private Ryan - Still a damn good movie.

Narc - Interesting tale of redemption for a former undercover narcotics cop after a tragic incident.

The Big Red One - Lee Marvin leads another bunch of soldiers (not criminals this time around) during World War II.

                  Reservoir Dogs

Probably the 4th or 5th time I've seen it but I hadn't watched it in years.

My girlfriend and her family hadn't seen it so naturally I made them watch it tonight. They were all just blown away by the ending and Mr. Blonde's little dance scene.

Phenomenal movie. Almost forgot just how great it is. 10/10.

                      The Lovely Bones

Pretty good, didn't really like how they tied the loose ends together at the end.

the dad's reaction to finding out it was Mr.Harvey isn't in the ending....WTF? Seriously?

Meh manga adaption. Shitty acting but for a low budget movie, I can't knock the movie really. Still a decent watch. It was fine from the beginning, but then it felt the need to try and cram 10 short stories all into the last 40 minutes (if that), which is damn near impossible especially since they average 30 pages each. The visuals were awesome and some parts were just as creepy as the manga. I would recommend that you read the manga instead because it is just a brilliant piece of work.

Public Enemies - Overall good movie. It had my attention from start to finish.

Year One - About the only good thing was the preview for Black Dynamite.
