Aliens - Caught a showing at the local art house cinema. I love this movie, and seeing it on the big screen was great.

Limitless - 7/10. Some people will really hate it, some people may really like it. I liked some things, and I definitely didn't like some things. But it was entertaining and well made so it's worth a watch.
Rise of the Footsoldier - 8/10. I enjoyed this thoroughly. Recommended if you are a fan of movies that have a lot of fighting, guns, knives, machetes, tits, uzi's, shotguns, cigarettes, and gore in them. And if you don't mind British accents. The film itself is titled appropriately and that should be enough to tell you what it is about and it is supposedly "based on a true story."Comment

Sling Blade - I haven't watched this in years, but I never realized how creepy this movie could be. Everything from the script to the acting to the music in the background came together to create an eerie feel to a lot of scenes. Very well done in that regard.Comment

Waltz with Bashir - Great film. We're told the story of Ari Folman's journey to remember his role in the invation of Lebanon in the early 80s. The format of the film resembles that of a typical documentary with interviews of individuals involved in the events. However, this film is unique in that everything is animated. So not only do we hear people's recollection of events, we are able to see them as well which adds another layer to the story IMO.Comment
