I saw Hugo as well. It was in 3D, which I am not a fan of, but Scorcese made sure there weren't too many moments where things were flying at the screen. 3D gave it depth in a way that was befitting of a film about the birth of modern cinema. Highly enjoyable (save for the fact that it's set in Paris and everyone uses a British accent).

Also, I finally got around to watching The Hangover Part 2. I definitely laughed more than I thought I would and Jamie Chung is insanely cute, but it was still very average.

Best pseudo-nostalgia film I've seen in a while.

Reminded me of The Goonies mixed with E.T.

Highly recommended as a Holiday Buy if you or someone you know hasn't seen it yet.

Saw Bridesmaids finally.

More anti-comedy than comedy, but I enjoyed it. Some really awesome cringeworthy awkward humor. Strong acting by the entirety of the cast and a fairly tightly written (if somewhat formulaic) script.

I watched the entire series of Peep Show, it is probably my 2nd favorite comedy series behind Arrested Development.

I started Game of Thrones and like it but it is not as good as I thought'd be based on the widespread praise of how amazing it is.
