Finally watched Green Lantern with the wife last night. How I didn't know Blake Lively was in that movie is beyond me. God I fucking love her. So hot.

I've never been a big GL fan, because I was never really into comic books and don't know shit about his "lore" but the movie was quite entertaining.

Drive was not as enjoyable with a room full of slightly drunk people as it was in theaters, the awkward silences somehow created even MORE tension though which was funny.

Really? Because I wasn't even going to get it until I heard the opinions from the Games Radar guys. They all liked it and they are HUGE comic book nerds and pick apart any comic book movie. Henry Gilbert actually saw it twice in the theaters and that guy is one of the biggest comic book and wrestling nerds on the planet. I'm not a comic book geek but it was entertaining.

But you can say that about any movie. There are a crazy amount of people that hate Scott Pilgrim and that movie was great.

On Rotten Tomatoes it has a 47% audience rating, which means, exactly as I suspected, half the viewers liked it and the other half thought it was shit. Typical for a comic book movie.
