FINALLY! Some zombie killing. The women of the show continue to bring it down, but hopefully it is a necessary evil for a better pay off.

When Rick left Shane I thought to myself, "Best thing Rick's ever done." Too bad he went back for him.

I liked the subtle thing they did having Rick bring up the fact they should use the knives more instead of shooting off guns.

I dunno if its just me but Rick is really getting on my nerves.

Last episode in the bar he willingly shoots two guys because they want to come to the farm.

Then a guy on the roof is shooting at him and his friends, he falls breaks his leg and Rick instead chooses to slow down the group and bring an extra person to the farm.

Now Otis death is suspect and he brings it up to Shane, Shane tells the truth that he shot and killed a man.

Then they finally about to release Randal and find out he knows Maggie, Rick refuses to kill him and wants to think about it. Wait what, he didnt think about the guys in the bar, he didnt think twice about Shane killing Otis.

Now he wants to bring Randall back to the farm to think about it.

Not gonna lie. I fast forward the show every time a woman talked and I didnt miss a god damn thing. I could tell their story just by seeing the screen zoom by. It only took 20 mins to watch the episode too. It was awesome.

I remember someone in here mentioned by this time in the comic they had realized using knives was quieter and guns attract walkers...

Stabbing zombies in the head waay more gruesome anyway.

If there wasn't a group splinter, there's gonna be now.

I do dig that the female counterparts to Rick, Shane and the Farm Group are coming to a head.

Also, while the men are willing the just beat each other to shit, the women are all about the verbal eviseration...

We also see that the zombies know where the Farm is now... at least one anyway.

well it isn't as if they haven't had walkers stumble onto the farm before.

It's the eventuality of the Farm being overrun.

Before they we just collecting deadheads like Baseball cards because Herschel's a dummy.

Also of note, the same knife Rick used to kill the Gate Zombie is the same one Shane used to split his hand to get blood for bait in the bus.

We never saw Shane or Rick clean that knife.

It'll be forgotten by the writers but it should mean Shane's infected now.

I thought the exact same thing. And even if they did clean it, how? I thought maybe it was something I missed

One thing that pisses me off about next weeks previews was that you had Shane talking about getting Rick out of the leadership role. Like didn't we just spend an entire hour of these two working out their differences. Rick just saved his life and were already back to him having the same intentions as if nothing just happened.

They didn't work shit out. Shane still thinks of him as weak.

YES! I was thinking this exact same thing and I'm sure one of the writers is like "This is a different knife! They carry multiple!"

                              Stupid writers.

No it's not, Shane had his own knife that he used at the gate. In the end I guess it doesn't make a difference though.

Also maybe there was suppose to be some connection between how important the role that a knife had with both parties. But I don't wanna give too much credit to the writers.
