I've been asking about Lennie James since s1. He's fantastic and played one of my favorite TV characters in Jericho. I was thrilled as fuck he was back and he delivered a great ep and monologue. Mofo always has some retardedly large stack of weapons.
I never watch previews but I hope they poke out the Guvnas other eye.Best reason to have a license.

All you need to know when thinking of the NHL vs Madden series is the two people involved in making the games.
"rammer" and "cummings"
The NHL series is a giver, Madden takes the load.Comment

This NEW EPISODE so far:
It's a VERY interesting dynamic seeing The Governor, Martinez and the Scientist guy show up to "talk business" with Rick, Herschel, and Daryl and then have each split off into pairs.
Martinez and Daryl get into a dick waving contest but eventually come to the realization that this little talk between their leaders meant shit and they'd have to fight it out eventually.
Scientist and Herschel discuss how Herschel got bit but survived the infection and is still human at this point.
lolScientist Guy getting creepy about wanting to see the stump though.
Rick and The Governor are obviously going to try to kill each other off but as they talk, The Governor lets Rick know that HE TOO lost his wife while he was away and there was nothing he could do to stop it.
As in with the comic book, they're basically the same guy except The Governor embraced his madness while trying to live amongst the dead.
Rick's still struggling to stay human.
Finally, Andrea is proving to be the liability that's she's been since the original group's been to the Farm by being kicked out of the meeting.
Which sucks because she's basically the only one that actually wants peace between the two sides.Comment

Weak. Next week also looks weak. I'm sure it'll finish strong but damn the second half of this season has been slow.Comment

Instead of taking an entire season to get to where they need to be, it's going to take 2-3 episodes... MAX.
ESPECIALLY since it's a half-season.
We have all the players on either side, with both having some regrets as to what they have to do to survive in the finale.
Shit, the only three people who are hell-bent on killing are Michonne (with good reason), Merle (gotta kill your old boss if you want to stay alive because if The Governor wins, he's fucked... unless he's a plant employed to kill Rick) and The Governor himself (he's the villain and wants the Prison).
Everybody else would either try to stay isolated or at partially want to cooperate.
Hell, Martinez and Daryl are on hired-goon status at the moment and know that if the situation were different, they wouldn't kill each other.
The next episode is basically going to flesh out that no matter what, The Governor's gonna die in the end.
Either by Rick's hand in the front...
or a Knife in the back by Andrea.Comment

Liked it, gearing up for the WAR TO SETTLE THE SCORE coming up to end the season.
The scenes with Daryl and the other guy...both are soldiers in their respective camps. Have no personal beef with one another but if shit goes down, they're going for the kill.
Psycho Governor ran down a bunch of attempts to get Rick going his way...finally pulled the Michonne card and thinks that worked. Of course, Rick sees through it all (or wants to at least)...
Now, both camps are gearing up (not realizing the other side is doing the same) for a shootout.
Plus, you have Milton finally turning against the Guvnah shortly, Andrea (dumb bitch), too.
Since we pretty much know the bulk of what's going down...only questions on my mind is how Tyrese plays into the whole deal and which characters are killed off.

If I remember correct, the governor died at the hands of one of his own after he shot and killed lori and the baby. I wouldn't be surprised if they stayed with that theme and someone like Milton, who make a small connection with Hershel does it.Comment

The side of the table the governor was sitting at was closest to the door Rick walked in. Hard to miss the gun tapped to the table, it wasn't exactly hidden. This show has tons of minuscule plot holes like that. This single occurrence is just nitpicking, but when it adds up, it really detracts from the immersion of the show. Maintaining immersion is the key thing a lot of the top shows do really well.
I don't think Milton is a relevant enough character to do it. The obvious guess would be Andrea. Especially after watching the previous of the next episode.Comment
