Funny how they keep taking parts from the graphic novel and tweeking it a bit. I don't forsee the governer and his men being about to take Rick & Co.

Should be an awesome episode.

Show thoughts:

 

-They trade in T-Dog for Tyrone as the one black dude who doesn't get any lines on the show and is on constant Red Shirt Status as he does nothing but off the occasional walker and stick around for whatever reason.

Assuming it's for free supplies and/or hanging around the only non-racist white people in the South during the zombie apocalypse.

-This leads me to my thought of, "how close do you plan on following the comic right now?" because Tyrone's got even less to do because Daryl's basically Rick's #1 on the show while Comic Tyrone would be filling in this role.

If they decide to keep with the plot somewhat, it's not going to end well.

-Seeing Glen lose his shit in order to murder the zombie left in the room by Meryl was awesome.

MacGuyver'ing that spiked club out of old chair parts was rad too.

I don't get why everyone hates this season?

Is it the lack of zombies compared to previous seasons?

I personally think this season is delving into some major character building and we are witnessing some huge psychological changes in some of the characters (Glenn, Rick, etc...) that we've grown to love. I haven't really seen an episode I didn't like and I'm coming into this show after reading the graphic novels already. They are continuously leaving cliff hangers that keep me wanting to see more. It hasn't gotten stale (which I personally thought the 2nd season was becoming, with all the searching for Sophia every episode).

To top it all off we are finally gonna see some more survivor V. survivor and it's going to be to the 10th degree... lol

I think this season has definitely been much better than the last, but it's still just a mediocre show and is in no ways great. The zombie make-up and special effects are top notch, and they've done some really good episodes, but for the most part it's an average show.
