Honestly though, it's followed the path of the comics pretty closely. Obviously some parts had to be altered (mainly the Shane storyline) but for the most part the basis of it has stayed true. Maybe individual characters will have different things happen but the settings and what happens in those settings hasn't diverted much.

LOL @ you guys thinking this show has rules. We're on the third showrunner here now and maybe the eighth budget so congruity with anything that's happened before this season isn't really a big deal. The comic is a cool road map but the show has gone so far off the tracks laid by it that I don't think it's a spoiler to reveal plot points because the two mediums have different storylines.

Who is cleaning the Hyundais, that's the real mystery behind this whole program IMO. The one question that's yet to be answered.

It's nice to know that my Elantra Touring is one of the best equipped vehicles for a zombie apocalypse though.

Walking Dead ???? Best damn show on television......period. Been watching it from the first episode and it just keeps getting better. It's so good....that I'm seriously thinking about getting the Graphic Novels, just to see what they changed. And they did. It's the FIRST show that I've EVER watched another show just to hear them TALK about the first show, lmao

Yes, do it. They are really good and easy reads. They have two of those collectives that are like 30-40 issues in one, it's a huge book but it's the way to go.

The Walking Dead isn't on the same tier as the 3 you mentioned. Its in the tier right below them. However, depending on how this season goes, it could make the leap.

The chances of reaching GoT or BW has to be skewed because of pay service and pay cable differences, obviously HBO has more freedom with the gore/sex/language than AMC could ever hope, although they've done a great job keeping TWD gritty.
