Ok one inconsistency I am trying to get over. In the beginning of the movie, Wayne is told he has no cartilage in his knees and pretty much irreversible damage to the rest of his body. But he got some fancy prosthesis from Wayne tech and was able to get his knees moving. So after Bane breaks his back and he is in the Pit of Fire, how the hell did he climb the pit? I mean he is not wearing that apparatus around his knee anymore right?

Aside from the fact that the one dude pushed his vertebrae back in place, Did all that working out in the jail cell fix him in 5 months?

I can actually deal with the back being fixed.

But I am referring to his having no knee cartilage in the beginning of the movie, and then all of a sudden he's climbing tall a wall to get out of a freakin pit with no cartilage and no prosthesis to help him move.

I thought Bane sounded just like General Grevious.

Did anyone else not understand 50% of what Bane said?

I view Bruce's physical problems at the start of the movie, as a mental crutch more then anything. Similar to Watson in the tv show Sherlock. Once Bruce got back into the swing of things, he forgot all about the pain. This is a nice quote, that sums up Bruce's storyline, and JGL's future post TDKR. "The training is nothing! The will is everything! The will to act."

Also, Nolan himself has suggested that he would like to see a Catwoman movie, starring Hathaway, although he himself will not direct. How bad ass would a Catwoman prequel be with Blackmask or the Falcone family being the antagonist?

IDK never watched it. However it doesn't strike me as being similar to Hathaway's portrayal.

Yeah, but he wasn't insane (at least not Arkham level insane) at the point and was arrested dealing drugs with a bunch of mobsters, one way ticket to Blackgate rather than Arkham.

Think about the worst movie you've ever seen and multiply it by 10000 and thats HBerry's Catwoman.

My thoughts on what some of you guys have said:
I agree 100% with Buzzman on how the end should’ve played out.

by not showing Bruce. Yes, similar to the spinning top from Inception but so what?

It was plenty dark, maybe even more than TDK…

It plays on our real life fears of a terrorist coming into one of our cities. Once he gets there he proceeds to completely destroy its infrastructure, traps most of the police underground and lets criminals literally decide the fate of anyone they damn well please, destroys the myth of the city’s most lasting symbol of hope, takes our hero halfway round the world and drops him into a gigantic hole in the ground then hangs around waiting for a nuke to detonate within this city. AND, unlike The Joker, he has no sense of humor whatsoever. Can’t get much darker than that.

Yes, there were huge plotholes concerning Bruce and his “journey”

Okay, I’ll buy the whole thing about the jailhouse chiropractor fixing him up, but that brings us back to the leg. Okay, once I let that slide and he makes the leap of death to climb out of the pit how does he even get back to America in a reasonable amount of time? He has no money and presumably no identification and looks like a refugee. Okay, let’s go with that. Once he gets anywhere near Gotham how the hell does he actually get into the city? Remember, he’s now on foot and all the bridges leading into the city have either been blown to shit or are heavily guarded by both Bane’s men AND the few remaining police. Okay, he somehow gets in. Now, you’re telling me Bane found the entire arsenal Bruce and Lucius had stashed deep within the bowels of Wayne Enterprises but could never find this big ass plane just lying around in the middle of the street? See how slippery that slope is?

I’ll own up to not always understanding what Bane was saying. Far less than 50% of course, but there were a few times I had no clue what he just uttered.

And yes, the Catwoman movie with Halle Berry is THAT bad.
